RIP'D is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

Liz  has been teaching yoga in the Pittsburgh area for over 5 years. Liz was first introduced to the practice of yoga in 2000, as a part of the curriculum for the modern dance program at Allegheny College. Liz earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification upon completion of a year-long training program with Joanne Vandenhengel of 3rd Street Yoga in 2009, and she also earned a prenatal yoga teacher certification in 2012 with Janice Clarfield of Urban Yoga.
